Welcome to DigiHubz! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DigiHubz website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), a digital marketplace where users can buy and sell digital products.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use DigiHubz.
To use DigiHubz, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
To access certain features, such as buying or selling products, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is involved in suspicious activity.
DigiHubz supports two primary user roles:
Buyers: Individuals who browse, purchase, and download digital products.
Sellers: Individuals or entities who create, upload, and sell their original digital content.
You may hold both roles under a single account.
You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by these Terms, or harmful to others. This includes, but is not limited to:
Engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities.
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is harmful, offensive, or malicious.
Introducing viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these rules.
When you purchase a digital product on DigiHubz, you are granted a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.
Seller's Responsibility: Sellers must clearly state the license terms (e.g., personal use, commercial use, extended use) on each product page.
Buyer's Responsibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the license, buyers may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of any purchased products.
If you are a Seller on DigiHubz, you agree to:
Upload and sell only original content or content for which you have the proper licenses and permissions.
Provide accurate and detailed descriptions for your products.
Ensure that all delivered files are functional, complete, and free of defects.
Comply with DigiHubz's Fee and Payout Policy.
We reserve the right to remove any product listing that violates our policies.
DigiHubz facilitates all payments and charges a commission on each sale. This commission is determined by your seller tier and is detailed in our Fee Policy. Payouts to sellers are processed through supported payment methods and are subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and account verification.
Given the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, a refund may be issued at our discretion if:
The product is defective or corrupted.
There was a duplicate purchase.
The file cannot be accessed or downloaded.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@DigiHubz.com within 7 days of the purchase date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
DigiHubz's Content: All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, website design, and code, is the exclusive property of DigiHubz or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any of this content without our explicit permission.
User Content: Sellers retain full ownership of the digital products they upload. By uploading your content to the Platform, you grant DigiHubz a limited, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your products on the Platform to facilitate sales.
THE DIGIHUBZ PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DigiHubz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Any misuse, unauthorized access, or third-party fraud.
Business interruption or loss of data.
Disputes between buyers and sellers that are beyond our control.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are using the Service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have:
Violated these Terms.
Engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Caused harm to the Platform or other users.
You may also delete your account at any time from your user dashboard.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
