Seller (Author): A user who can upload, list, and sell their original digital content. To become a seller, simply opt-in to the "Start Selling" option in your account dashboard.

4. How do you ensure the security of my data and transactions? We take security very seriously. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways like Razorpay and PayPal, which are governed by their own robust security protocols. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure a secure connection and protect your data during every visit.

1. How do I become a seller (Author) on DigiHubz? You can become a seller by going to your account dashboard and selecting the "Start Selling" option. There are no fees to get started, and you can begin uploading your products right away.

2. How does the product listing process work? After you add a new product, it goes through a review process by our team. This is to ensure all content meets our quality standards and copyright policies. Once approved by a reviewer, your product will be listed and available for sale on the website.

3. What is the commission structure for sellers? We have a tiered commission structure that rewards successful sellers with lower fees. The fee percentage decreases automatically as your total lifetime earnings grow:

Default: 15% fee (up to ₹99 total earnings)

Level 1: 10% fee (₹100+ total earnings)

Level 2: 9% fee (₹1,000+ total earnings)

Level 3: 8% fee (₹5,000+ total earnings)

Level 4: 7% fee (₹10,000+ total earnings)

Level 5: 6% fee (₹25,000+ total earnings)

Level 6: 5% fee (₹45,000+ total earnings)

Level 7: 4% fee (₹75,000+ total earnings)

Level 8: 3% fee (₹2,50,000+ total earnings)

Level 9: 2% fee (₹5,00,000+ total earnings)

Level 10: 1% fee (₹10,00,000+ total earnings)

4. How and when do I get paid? You can request a withdrawal of your earnings at any time from your seller dashboard. The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹500.

5. What kind of analytics are available for sellers? Our seller dashboard provides detailed analytics data, allowing you to track your sales performance, view earnings reports, and gain insights into your product's popularity.

6. Are there any restrictions on the type of content I can upload? Yes, you must only upload content that is either your original creation or content for which you have the necessary licenses and rights. We support most common file extensions, but we do not allow content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our Copyright Policy or Terms of Use.
