At DigiHubz, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and our policy on repeat infringers.
This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use.
All digital products, listings, images, and other media uploaded to DigiHubz remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
By uploading content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are the sole owner and creator of the content.
You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute the content on DigiHubz.
Unauthorized uploading or distribution of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited and a violation of our Terms of Use.
While we do not claim ownership of user-submitted content, you grant DigiHubz a license to display, promote, and distribute your content on the Platform to facilitate sales and marketing.
We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our sole discretion, is believed to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or violates our Terms of Use or other policies.
DigiHubz respects the rights of copyright holders and will respond to valid DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notices.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a formal takedown request containing all of the following information to our designated Copyright Agent:

Your notice must include:
Your full legal name, address, and contact information (phone number and email).
A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The specific URL(s) or listing ID(s) of the content on DigiHubz you believe is infringing.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Note: Incomplete claims may not be processed. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyright.
If your content has been removed from DigiHubz due to a copyright claim, and you believe it was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:
Your full legal name, address, and contact information.
Identification of the content that was removed and its location (URL) on the Platform before it was taken down.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in West Bengal, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content after 10 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the user from infringing their content.
DigiHubz has a strict, zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Any user who is found to have repeatedly uploaded infringing content or has multiple valid copyright claims against their account will be subject to the following actions:
Temporary suspension of their account.
Permanent ban from the Platform.
Reporting to legal authorities or copyright holders.
Knowingly submitting a false or fraudulent copyright claim, counter-notification, or other related information is illegal and may expose you to legal liability, including damages and attorneys' fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of any user who misuses this policy.
