All items sold on DigiHubz.com are intangible digital goods. Once a product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.
We will issue a refund under the following conditions:
Item not as described
The product does not match the listing description or preview.
Corrupt or non-functional files
The downloaded file is broken or unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved.
Duplicate purchase
The buyer unintentionally purchases the same item more than once.
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You lack the software or skills to use the item.
You no longer need the product.
The product met the description but didn’t meet personal expectations.
You’ve already downloaded/used the item.
More than 2 days have passed since the purchase.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
DigiHubz.com respects seller contributions. Frivolous or fraudulent refund claims may lead to denial of the refund and further account action.
Users are expected to contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
All refund decisions by DigiHubz.com are final. We reserve the right to accept or decline refund requests based on policy and evidence.
