This page defines the two types of licenses available for digital products on DigiHubz: the Regular License and the Extended License. When you purchase a digital product, you are acquiring a license to use the item, not ownership of the item itself.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. The specific license for each item is selected by the seller and displayed on the product page. Your purchase indicates your agreement to these terms.
The Regular License is the standard license for most digital products on DigiHubz. It grants you the right to use the purchased item in a single end-product or project.
What You Can Do:
Personal Use: Use the item in any personal project without limitations.
Single Commercial Project: Use the item in one commercial project for yourself or a client. A "commercial project" is any project intended to generate revenue.
Modifications: You can modify or manipulate the item to fit your project's needs.
What You Cannot Do:
Multiple Projects: You cannot use the same item in more than one separate commercial or personal project. For each new project, you must purchase a new Regular License.
Resale: You cannot resell or redistribute the item in its original form or with minor modifications.
Sub-licensing: You cannot sub-license, give away, or make the item available for free to others.
Print on Demand: You cannot use the item for services such as "print on demand" or "create your own" websites where the end-user can customize the item.
Distribution: You cannot re-distribute the product as original or modified.
Attribution is not required.
The Extended License grants you all the rights of the Regular License, plus the ability to use the item in multiple end-products or projects. This license is ideal for professionals, designers, and developers who work on various projects.
What You Can Do:
All Regular License Rights: You have all the rights granted under the Regular License.
Multiple Projects: Use the item in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects. This includes projects for yourself and for different clients.
Templates and Resale: Use the item to create templates, software, or other products that you plan to sell to multiple clients. This includes using a graphic in a website template that will be sold repeatedly or a font in a software application that will be distributed for a fee.
Unlimited Physical Products: Use the item for an unlimited number of physical products, such as t-shirts, mugs, or posters, that you intend to sell.
What You Cannot Do:
Resale of the Original Item: You cannot sell or redistribute the item in its original, unmodified form. The item must be part of a larger project and not be the core value of the new product.
Sub-licensing: You cannot grant a license to a third party to use the item, even if you have purchased an Extended License.
Attribution is not required.
All licenses are granted on a non-exclusive basis, meaning the author can sell the same item to other buyers.
This is a simplified summary. The full terms of each license are legally binding.
If you are a freelancer or agency, you may transfer the license to your client upon completion of a project, but you cannot retain a copy for future projects unless you purchase a new license.
